myre

finally sensing the scent of absence;
holding back tears and words
from entering your hands.

an arpeggio of emotion
that i'm about to play.

not lost at sea; just unwilling
to face the storm before me.

tired of ascending these steps
tired of walking these paths
tired of writing these words.

You're about two feet behind me, so for all I know you could be reading this as I type...though you're probably not.

Anyway, I love this one. Definitely one of my favorites so far. I can't really pinpoint why, but I've been thinking about it as I play tetris.

So good.

Well, even though I already sent you an e-mail about this, I suppose I'll just reiterate with a "SO GOOD" here. :)

Thanks for being such an amazing poet!

this it quite interesting, very emotional.

though not necessarily encouraging, it isn't depressing either.

please create more, it is fun to read.

MERRY CHRISTMAS
